Our family had an amazing stay at Bernardus Lodge & Spa! The spacious room was perfect for our small kids, with a cozy nook where we could all relax. The grounds were stunning, and our children adored the outdoor pool and hot tubs. Every staff member was welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. We especially loved the complimentary snacks and drinks in our room, which were a nice treat after a long day of exploring. Plus, the nearby hiking trails offered adventure for the whole family!
Limited dining options for casual meals.

We had this incredible experience at the lodge. I remember we took out a gorgeous Mercedes convertible for a cruise down the stunning coastal drive, I felt like a king in that car. And you won't believe the spa treatment we enjoyed, it was intense and rejuvenating, just what we needed after the long drives.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but worth every dime.

Our stay at Bernardus was fantastic! With 4 teenagers in tow, we loved exploring the golf paradise nearby, tackling the championship courses. The rooms felt tranquil, and we really enjoyed quality time at the beautiful gardens and outdoor areas.
My kids wished there were more activities for teenagers.

The Premium Santa Lucia King room boasts luxurious amenities, complete with a cozy corner perfect for downtime. Surrounded by stunning gardens and a vineyard, the location provides a serene escape, while the outdoor fire pits create an inviting atmosphere for evening relaxation.
Navigating to the Premium Santa Lucia rooms could be easier. the room numbers on the stairs are hard to see at night due to insufficient lighting. Dining options could use some refinement. while the portions are hefty, the menu could offer smaller servings and more healthy snacks fitting the spa experience. A few more non-alcoholic choices on the menu would also be appreciated.

I had a pleasant stay in a spacious vineyard villa suite. The outdoor shower and fire pits created a relaxing atmosphere in the evenings. The prices for dining and accommodations were steep, and the check-in process could have been smoother, but the service overall was friendly.
